If the video does not automatically start...

You will need the Quicktime browser plugin to play this video. In Microsoft's Internet Explorer, you should get a yellow bar near the top of your browser. Click that yellow bar and follow instructions.

If you do not see the yellow bar, you may need to download the plugin and manually install it. The plugin can be found here. See Apple's website for instructions on installing the plugin manually. Please do not call our office as we cannot provide technical support for web browsers.
